Dr. Naresh Maheshwari, a doctorate in Options Trading Strategies besides being FCA, FCS, FISA with a standing of over 40 years presently Chairman of Farsight Group, a well-known broking house of India. He is associated with many research projects on Derivatives with professional Institutes and Universities. He is a prolific commentator on matters pertaining to Capital Market, Investors Protection and Corporate Laws in electronic and print media. He is the co-chairman of FICCI- Capital Market, Secondary Market committee. He is part of the Expert Advisory Group of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a premier corporate body set up under Act of Parliament.

He has helped many organizations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly. Dr. Maheshwari has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system. He has assisted many overseas companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.

He was 2 times former President of ANMI, National President of DPAI, Association of National Exchanges Members of India, and CPAI, Commodity Participants Association of India. He is a member of the SEBI Secondary Market Advisory Committee. He has been part of various committees of the Ministry of Finance pertaining to the capital market.

Dr. Maheshwari has chaired ASIA Region of International Forum for Investor Education (IFIE), South Korea, comprising of 31 organizations of 21 jurisdictions having Capital Market. He has led Indian Capital Market delegation in Asia Securities Forum (ASF) 2010 in Beijing, 2011 at Osaka and was a panel member of ASF 2013 at Taipei.
